I have no affiliation with the companies that make or sell these, but I have a HUGE hat/cap collection, some normal, others hi vis of various brands and types.... and I just received some new hats I ordered (Ergodyne Glowear) and wanted to share these that totally impressed me.
Best I found for Kayaking:
The grey stripes are reflective at night
Best morning/daytime/evening/night hat
keeps sun off ears too
bright; Hi visibility
has wide band of reflective tape sewn on
has chinstrap that stays put where you adjust it great on windy days(unlike my straw ranger hat's chinstrap)
best caplight cap for night, or anyome who prefers a cap to a hat
bright; Hi visibility
has reflective tape sewn on
visor, for caplight on hot nights

I got really attached to the top one. I had it in orange and in yellow, my niece borrowed my yellow one (and never returned it, apparently high school kids love them) , so after a year I gave it to her.
So, I bought 4 more in Orange, like the top picture; I wear those to HEB, to do yard-work, to everywhere really.
Now when I want more hats/caps etc, I search for Ergodyne Glowear |
